- Work with three physicians and three PAs
- Outpatient only
- Clinic is attached the hospital

- Organization Information:
- Year 1 – base salary of $276k
- Year 2-onward – Annual performance incentives of up to 16%
- Up to $50,00 signing bonus
- Relocation bonus - $15,000
- Annual CME allowance - $5,000
- 30 days of PTO annually
