Morristown Medical Center is hiring an Adult Psychiatrist. Primary job duties will be leading a multidisciplinary treatment team on our 24-bed voluntary adult psychiatric unit. We are seeking a candidate who has sub-specialty board certification in Addiction Medicine or enough experience in addiction management and Medication-Assisted-Treatment to serve as a department expert.
Highlights:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- May involved supervision/oversight of affiliated medical staff (psychiatric APRNs).
- Participation in on-call coverage rotation. Call would be 1 weekend/month.
- Communication with involved health-care providers & payers.
- Participation in staff, team & committee meetings related to role & areas of responsibility.
