- Located in Sierra Vista, AZ - Tucson 70m,

- Full-time, permanent position

- Inpatient practice setting

- Seeking a Psychiatrist to join the behavioral health team

- Inpatient Adult Behavioral Health Unit with 19 beds, which includes 15 dedicated adult beds and 4 dedicated geriatric beds

- Monday - Friday schedule

- 10 days of call each month

- Call responsibilities shared with PMHNPs and also supplemented with Tele-Psych services.



Center operates an Inpatient Adult Behavioral Health Unit with 19 beds, which includes 15 dedicated adult beds and 4 dedicated geriatric beds. Primarily inpatient clinical responsibilities which include: new admissions, daily patient care on inpatient unit, evaluation and management of psychiatric patients on the inpatient unit, ED consults, providing psychiatric consults for medical-surgical patients, and patient visits in the outpatient clinic. Outpatient services available to perform if wanted. Candidate must be willing to work in a collaborative environment on the unit with treatment professionals that include: RNs, Behavioral Health Techs, Social Workers, and Activity Therapist. Call responsibilities will be shared and supplemented with Tele-Psych services as needed.



75 miles southeast of Tucson, Sierra Vista has abundant wildlife which draws tourists from across the globe. Outdoor sightseeing and recreational activities are abundant in the area with a variety of state parks, championship golf courses, tennis courts, and over 20 miles of multi-use paths within the city.
