LEBANON, VA (Total Compensation in Excess of $300K!) - Psychiatry Opportunity

Russell County Medical Center (RCMC) and an Employed Behavioral Health Group, located in Lebanon, Virginia are currently seeking Full Time, Board Certified, Virginia Licensed Psychiatrist Physicians to work within RCMC’s In-Patient Behavioral Health Center.

SCHEDULE:
MONDAY - FRIDAY (8 HOUR DAYS) - CALL 1:7 (Regional Call Model)

Practice Details:
  • In-Patient Positions
RCMC provides in-patient Behavioral Health Services through The Clearview Center, which is an adult, inpatient psychiatric unit. It accommodates twenty patients and contains a large multi-purpose treatment room, a group therapy room, a recreational therapy room, a kitchen, laundry room, offices and work area.
The Center provides a wide range of therapeutic modalities to its patients, including:
  • Individual psychotherapy
  • Group psychotherapy
  • Social work services
  • Recreational activities
  • Pharmacology
  • Family therapy
  • And educational services
It is exclusively designed to provide short-term stabilization and treatment for adults whose treatment needs mandate an inpatient, rather than an outpatient, setting. Its goal is to return patients to a level of recovery that outpatient care can maintain and continue. The Center accepts referrals and admissions 24-hours-a-day, any day of the year. Those who meet admission criteria may refer themselves or be referred by their family physician, therapist or mental health board.
