Work from Home! ED and CL Tele-Psychiatry Opportunity in Maine (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Aligned is seeking a BC/BE Psychiatrist to provide ED and CL Tele-Psychiatry services in Maine. Full-time or part-time. We provide everything to set you up for telemedicine in the privacy of your home or office. We offer competitive compensation and full malpractice coverage is provided.

Location: Can live anywhere is the USA and work from your own home or office. Must have an active Maine license.

Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time (20 hours per week) with flexible scheduling options.

Job Duties:

  • Emergency Department (“ED”) and Med-Surg Inpatient Clinical Liaison (“CL”) Tele-Psychiatry Services
  • Provide behavioral health assessments and consultation services to patients presenting tp the Emergency Department and Inpatient Medical Floor via telemedicine
  • Patient Load - Average of 1.5 encounters per hour
  • Length of Visits - Average ED (20-30 Minutes) and Average CL (45 min-1 hour)

Credentialing Requirements:

  • Active Maine medical license and DEA
  • Board certified in Psychiatry (board eligible if a new grad/fellow)
