Adult PHP/IOP BE/BC General Psychiatry;
Average of 15 patients per day; Mon-Fri days;1:6 weekend rounding, 1:6 overnight call by phone only;
Employed, benefits package, ability to earn additional income through bonus/productivity plan.
Manageable workload & minimal call requirement = outstanding work/life-balance;
