Staff Psychiatrist needed in Madison, Wisconsin. These are Adult Psychiatry positions within the inpatient unit of the hospital. Great location with a Great Work Life Balance position. Practice: • Base Salary, Additional Paid Call, and Quality Metric Bonus have you earning over $250,000++ • Medical Director position would earn additional pay • $20,000 Signing Bonus, $10,000 relocation stipend, paid CME with 2 weeks, • 100% Adult Inpatient, average 5-7 patients a day, within a 20 Bed Unit, 1:3 Phone call coverage • 2 Psychiatrist, 1 Nurse Practitioner and multiple Behavioral Health support staff for 10-15 patient census • Inpatient rounding, round on new admissions, ECT, medication management and patient meetings • Paid malpractice, tail covered, CME of $5,000, 401(k) match, and comprehensive benefits package for individual or family Location: Madison, population 220,000, is large enough to offer the cultural advantages of a big city.
