Full-Time Psychiatrist

Assistant/Associate/Full Professor
Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health

In collaboration with The Ohio State University Nisonger Center, a University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities, the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health at The Ohio State University College of Medicine is seeking a highly motivated full-time psychiatrist committed to advancing scholarly research and clinical care for youth and adults with autism spectrum disorder and related neurodevelopmental disorders. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to benefit from the experience and well established infrastructure of a nationally recognized interdisciplinary research team at the Ohio State College of Medicine. Responsibilities will include leadership of a scholarly research program, clinical care for people across the lifespan with co-occurring neurodevelopmental disorders and psychiatric disorders, and teaching/supervision of residents and fellows. Qualified individuals at all levels of experience are encouraged to apply. Commitment to this population, academic and clinical ambition, intellectual curiosity, interest in interdisciplinary research, and a collaborative spirit will be most highly valued. Our target start date for this hire is September 2020.
