Wake Forest Health Network Behavioral Health – Emerywood in High Point is actively recruiting a Psychiatrist to join us in our "Mission to Care, Mission to Cure. HIGHLIGHTS: Wake Forest Health Network Behavioral Health - Emerywood, is recruiting a third psychiatrist to their cohesive team of two-experienced psychiatrist, a PMH-NP, and responsive staff. The providers enjoy the support of staff who work hard to make your life easier, helping you be more productive and balanced. The Psychiatrists have a good rapport with the hospitalist staff.


  • Behavioral Health – Emerywood offers a well-rounded opportunity; predominately outpatient with some inpatient.

  • Outpatient M-F 8a-5p

  • One weekend/month of inpatient coverage at High Point Medical Center (HPMC), and one weekday night of inpatient call. Weeknight call is light. HPMC has an inpatient psychiatry unit staffed round the clock with APPs. The majority of work done at HPMC by the incoming provider will be consults on the medical floors and ED.


  • MD/DO, BC/BE in Psychiatry
