- Serve as leader of a 28-bed inpatient unit + oversee a team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, social worker, nurses, and occupational therapists
- 100% inpatient position with minimal call (via phone only)
- Work within an interdisciplinary team of experts
- Low inpatient census
