Summary

The Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMCHealth) has an opening for an inpatient adult psychiatrist for Bon Secours Hospital in Port Jervis, New York. We are seeking a well-trained psychiatrist with a desire to work in an inpatient setting. Candidates must be board certified or eligible in adult psychiatry and neurology and hold or be able to obtain a New York State license.

The successful candidate will possess excellent clinical, communication and interpersonal skills and is committed to patient care, medical education and scholarly activity to further advance the mission of the center in providing state-of-the-art comprehensive care. The position will afford the opportunity to collaborate at Westchester Medical Center, where an academic appointment with New York Medical College may be available.

Bon Secours located in Port Jervis is geographically desirable for residents of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania alike, the core of our facility encompasses the hospital with 122 beds for acute care and medical/surgical services, including long-term care and behavioral health services.
