Job Description

Our client is seeking a General Psychiatrist to join their practice in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The primary focus of the General Psychiatrist is to provide high quality care to adult and adolescent patients.

Details:

• Permanent, full-time position
• Inpatient and PHP settings
• Average 15 - 20 patients per day with 2 - 3 admissions during weekdays
• Weeknight call of 1 night per week via telephone
• Weekend call rotation is 1:6 rounding in house and telephone
• Nurse Practitioner support for weekend rounds
• Average weekend census is 25 - 35 patients per day

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Psychiatry
• Valid Michigan medical license
