An outpatient psychiatrist position is newly available at a hospital in New York. They have several needs and they are seeking weekend/night coverage work as well. Candidates will need to be board certified or board eligible. You will counsel and assess adult patients. You will need to possess or have the ability to obtain an unrestricted NY medical license. H-1B visa holders can be supported and final-year residents and fellows will be considered as well.

This employed position offers competitive compensation package. You will also receive medical/dental/vision benefits, 4 weeks of PTO plus 6 sick days, 8 holidays, a sign-on bonus, 5 days of CME and $5k, a 401k with 100% match up to 4%, and malpractice coverage.

This position is located in the Hudson Valley area. It is a New York State region that stretches along the Hudson River from Westchester County to Albany, the state capital. It's known for its vineyards, orchards, and farms. The valley is steeped in history, natural beauty, culture, and a burgeoning food and farmer's market scene.
