Psychiatry (General) - This Birmingham Health System is seeking a Board certified|board eligible Psychiatrist. Job features include the following.
? Connected to private practice with a great track record in Birmingham since 1985
? Combination of inpatient and outpatient work
? Outpatient office at largest private mental health practice in Alabama with 102 providers, and second office
? Telemedicine platform
? Current physician leaving to be near family because husband is ill
? Commencement bonus
? Moving expenses
? Medical malpractice insurance
? BC|BE in Psychiatry
? Experienced or new grad
? Inpatient and outpatients: 3- 4 hours inpatient rounding, 3 – 4 hours clinic
? ECT or interest in ECT preferred but not required
? MD or DO
? American or internationally trained
? Vibrant inpatient unit and outpatient services
? Med management and belief in psychotherapy
? Team approach between therapist and physician
? Able to provide all levels of care
? Collegial interdisciplinary practice
