We’re seeking a Psychiatrist for a Full-Time opportunity working in Stockton, CA.
Stockton is located in the central valley region of California and is the 17th largest city in the state. The city is home to over 30 festivals held annually including the Asparagus Festival. Stockton is home to the largest inland seaport called The California Delta. It is made of up thousands of miles of rivers and waterways that lie in and around the city.

Psychiatrist Opportunity Details:
• Anticipated start date: 5/6/19
• Salary: $200-$220 per hour, commensurate with experience
• Anticipated duration of contract: 6 months
• Anticipated
schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30AM – 5:30PM
• Day one medical benefits offered

Psychiatrist Responsibilities:
• Produce clear and concise health records, reports and correspondence.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations for those referred for examination and treatment.
• Order and interpret laboratory and other medical diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medication and monitoring for side effects and medication efficacy.
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to improve patient care.

Psychiatrist Qualifications:
• Graduated from an American Psychiatric Association (APA) accredited program or have completed an APA accredited internship.
• Psychiatry – PhD or PsyD with licensure in good standing for State of practice.
• Board certified or Board eligible. • Possession of a valid DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency) license.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association.
