This highly-regarded Community Mental Health Center is seeking a passionate, inquisitive, and collaborative Inpatient Adult Psychiatrist to join their team and serve the patients and families of the local community and surrounding counties.
Opportunity:
* Inpatient Adult Psychiatry (18+)
* Flexible schedule with Great Work/Life Balance - free to leave after patient rounds and then be available by phone for the remainder of the day (ex. 3-5 pm) with optional mixed on-site and tel-psychiatry experience
* Call coverage 1:4 - 1 week per month/1 weekend per month (tele-eligible)
* 16-bed inpatient unit, 15-beds plus 1 transitional care - manageable patient census
* Great support staff
Requirements:
* Board Eligible/Board Certified
* All additional fellowships and interests encouraged to apply
* Must be open to all patient populations within a rural mental health setting
Compensation/Benefits:
* Competitive guaranteed base salary around $300k - earning potential up to $350k with production bonus tiers
* Two production bonuses - encounter RVU and billed RVU - quality and outcome metrics
* Call coverage stipend- will vary based on weekday or weekends
* Full benefits, 5 Weeks PTO, 8 paid holidays, 5 days CME, NHSC site with student loan repayment options, relocation up to $15k and retention bonus negotiable
