This highly-regarded Community Mental Health Center is seeking a passionate, inquisitive, and collaborative Child Adolescent Psychiatrist to join their team and serve the patients and families of the local community and surrounding counties.
Opportunity:
* Outpatient-Focused Child Adolescent Psychiatry
* Standard traditional clinic hours M-F - open to a flexible 4-day schedule
* 15 min medicine clinics, 60 min new psych evaluations
* Child tele-psych options among clinic locations
* Call coverage stipend 1:4 - 1 week per month/1 weekend per month (optional tele-eligible call requirement)
Requirements:
* Board Eligible/Board Certified
* Child Psychiatry experience or Fellowship training a plus!
* Must be open to all patient populations within a rural mental health setting
Compensation/Benefits:
* Competitive guaranteed base salary around $300K - earning potential ranging to $350K+ with new production bonus tiers
* Two production bonuses - encounter RVU and billed RVU - quality and outcome metrics
* Full benefits, 5 weeks PTO, 8 paid holidays, 5 days CME, NHSC student loan repayment option, relocation up to 15K and retention bonus negotiable
