Two Hours from the Beach - Locums Job - Psychiatrist needed in California

This city is just two hours away from the Pacific Ocean and a one hour drive from the Sierra Nevada Mountain range. Come to this relaxing region of California!

Details/Requirements:
*Forty hours a week, 4- tens or 5- eights, 7am to 5pm, Monday - Friday.
*Adult inpatient coverage at an acute care hospital on a correctional facility campus, plus some outpatient work.
*No call. However, call is optional if you want to share in the call schedule.
*24 beds, but 24-28 patients (several patients in borrowed beds) covered by three Psychiatrists
*Seven days a week (you plus two other Psychiatrists plus weekend on-call Psychiatrists).
*Average daily census stays full.
*Average length of stay: about 5-6 days, except those waiting for transfer-out or court hearing.
*Average daily case load is 14 patients, including average one admission for each doctor each day.
*Physicals for H&Ps for new admissions are done by primary care physicians.
*Client prefers three month minimum assignments.
