MDA is seeking acute psychiatry coverage for a facility located in the heart of Alaska.
This will be a mix of inpatient and outpatient work with 70% being adult and 30% being pediatric. Average of 12 patients per day. 2-4 admissions per day. 1 hour for new evals and 30 minutes for med checks. You may be needed as the supervising doctor on site available to nurse practitioners on inpatient consult liaison service as well as for outpatient LPC's and LMFT's for Medicaid/Medicare billing. They have 9 other physicians in their group and 3 mid-levels.
