This national behavioral health corporation is seeking to add a board certified/board eligible Psychiatrist to one of its facilities in Dorchester, MA in the metro Boston area. This premier facility has a vibrant program with 20 adult beds, 16 older adult beds (55+) and a 16-bed adolescent program. There is also a partial hospitalization program of 12 adults and stable outpatient roster of approximately 250 outpatients. ECT services to open in new few months. Position is to work with full time NP in the Adult unit, which leans toward dual diagnosis but also includes a good number of chronically mentally ill. EMR system is Meditech. Duties include rounding with patients (along with NP), admissions/discharges and some consults for med/surg service.
