A 125 bed hospital in Upstate New York on the shores of Lake Ontario needs another psychiatrist for their growing team. The position is highly flexible based upon the preferred practice paradigm and offers achievable incentives in multiple areas
- Could be IP/OP or IP or OP
- 28 bed inpatient unit
- Avg IP census is 21
-Clinic M-F 8-5
- 21000 outpatient visits annually
- Adults only (small percentage geriatrics)
- Joining 2 FT psychiatrists and 1 PT, 2 Psych NP and 1 NP, 1 LPN, and 2 RN
- Call 6 weekdays a month and 1:5 weekends (mainly phone) Weekday call involves ER and consults. Avg 3-5 calls per week (for weekdays.)
- Very competitive salary + sign-on, loan repay, and relocation. Full benefits
Practice in New York State’s “Central” region, the area offers small city living with close proximity to many large metropolitan areas. The town's location on Lake Ontario and its four distinct seasons offer endless opportunities for boating, sailing and other water sports as well as many cultural events, festivals and family activities throughout the year.
