Wants apsychiatrist with experience in leadership, position will be titled a Medical Director, exp in leadership, addiction and eating disorder required. The position will have 4 direct report (2 np's, psychiatrist and Physician Assistant). Flexible on compensation, relocation assistance, medical, dental, 401k, life insurance, short term disability, 5 additional CME(continuing education)days and 5k reimbursement for them. Monday through Friday position, wants someone who can take ownership of the Medical Center who willhold thephysicians accountable. 5week on call rotation for weekends and after hours. The position is replacing someone who was not a strong leader and didn't hold physicians accountable so the emphasis is on those traits.
