Clinic Location: Palo Alto and Menlo Park CA (VA clinics)
Approximate Start Date: After Feb 2023
Work Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8a - 4:30p, all federal holidays and weekends are off.
Patient Volumes: 12-14 patients. New patient 1 hour and old patient half hour.
EMR: CPRS
License State: Any US state license works (VA clinic)
Pay: Independent contractor pay per hour: $225 per hour (450k per year for 2000 hrs). No other expenses paid.
Malpractice insurance with tail coverage paid
Will consider reimbursing Per Diem IRS allowed Travel and Lodging (But base pay will come down)
