VISTA is representing a large, not-for-profit health care system in the breathtaking Ozark Mountains! We are currently seeking a BE/BC Psychiatrist to join a well-known, outpatient-based practice!
Practice Benefits:

*Facilities include a 114-bed hospital (level II trauma) with a 24/7 emergency room, urgent care clinic, both inpatient and outpatient surgical services, rehabilitation unit, outpatient imaging services and much more
*Emergency Department: provides 24-hour service, seven days a week
*Behavioral Health Unit consists of comprehensive ancillary services including: 30 case managers, Neuro Psychological testing, Psycho Therapy Services, 105 employees and a 22-bed Adult Inpatient Psych Unit
*Currently there are 2 full-time Psychs, 1 part-time and 1 tele-psych
*Outpatient is located across street from hospital. Hospital also contains a 22-bed adult inpatient psych unit.
*Clinic consists of on-site lab, on-site EKG, dedicated phone nurse, Nurse Practitioner
*Position is Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
*Physicians have their own nurse
*Compensation guarantee based on MGMA median (option to make more if RVU exceeds MGMA median
*Comprehensive benefits package including: $25K sign-on bonus plus $10K moving expenses, 40 day PTO annually, $4,500 for CME's and professional license fees, dues and journals, student loan, health, dental, vision, life, long and short-term disability, AD&D, and 403B matching up to 3% after one year
