Physician/APP
StartDate: ASAP

Specialty: Occupational Medicine, Urgent Care, Family Practitioner (must see all ages)
Worksite: Concentra
Certification needs (BLS, ACLS, & DEA required): DOT required
Credentialing Time: 2 weeks
Schedule/call: Hours are 8a-5p
Patients per day: 3 patients per hour
Other pertinent info: 2 day orientation, 50% OCC Med 50% Urgent Care, must be comfortable seeing all ages, must have at least 1 year of experience
EMR: Allscripts
Must be DOT
