Occupational Medicine Physician in California
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Monday thru Friday with an option 4-10s or 5-8s Pay Rate: $250000.00 - 270000.00

We are looking for a physician that wants to be a co-architect working alongside the Board and the CEO in building a valuable brand in Occupational Medicine and help achieve our growth aspirations, both from customer satisfaction and economic value generation standpoints.

Job Specifics:
  • Occupational Medicine or Family Medicine physician
  • 100% outpatient
  • 4-day work week with no call
  • Up to $270,000 base salary with up to $300,000+ potential with annual bonuses
  • $20,000 sign-on and receipt base relocation
  • Upside to earn equity into this growing organization, projected to be around $500,000 or $1 million in payout in the next 5 years
  • Average of 25 patients per day
  • Provide thought leadership in developing the organization as the trusted brand for Occupational Medicine
  • Define, develop, and implement practice models that redefine industry standards in the practice of Occupational Medicine, delivering the triple aim of superior clinical quality, customer experience, and patient outcome delivery
  • Join a growing organization that currently has 4 locations in a tight-knit community in Northern California and looking to expand in the coming years
  • 15 days of paid time off, all major holidays paid as well, and 5 days of CME
