A well-regarded Primary Care House Call Group serving the greater Phoenix area is in search of a Podiatrist to visit patients in their homes, senior living facilities, group homes, etc. and perform routine toenail care.

This is a 1099/independent contractor position beginning Immediately.

• Monday-Friday daytime hours, no nights or weekends
• 12-17 patients per day (Existing patients only)
• Mileage Reimbursement
• Complimentary Medical Malpractice Coverage
• Pays $50-60/hr (1099 position) or Negotiable
• Full-time, employed position available. $120-140K annually+ Bonuses. Full benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO and separate sick time, as well as mileage reimbursement.

Requirements:

DPM degree from an accredited medical college or university • Licensed as a Podiatrist in the state of Arizona• Valid Arizona Controlled Substance License or the ability to obtain a license prior to starting employment • Active DEA registration. 2+ years of experience. Clean medical malpractice history & background preferred.
