Raleigh General Hospital is seeking a BC/BE energetic Surgical Podiatrist to join an established hospital employed practice in Beckley, West Virginia. The ideal candidate will perform the full spectrum of Podiatry and it is preferred that there is an interest in seeing patients in its busy wound care center. You will join one other experienced Podiatrist in the high volume clinic on the hospital campus with easy access to radiology, labs, and wound care center. The clinic has a strong team environment and receives outstanding patient reviews – and no call or weekends are required! The ideal schedule for the candidate would be 2 ½ days in the clinic, 1 day in the OR, and 1 ½ days in the wound care center. Raleigh General Hospital’s Advanced Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine Center has two hyperbaric oxygen chambers and received Healogics’ President’s Circle Award. The center is recognized as a center of distinction and is one of only ten centers out of 621 eligible centers to receive the award throughout the country. Raleigh General Hospital is the only Level III trauma center in the region with approximately 50,000 ED visits annually.
