Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Clinical & Faculty Position at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center

Our program has an opening for a Physiatrist interested in a practice with a focus on both inpatient and outpatient care. Inpatient care will be focused at our affiliate rehabilitation hospital in Westerville. Outpatient services are provided at our west campus Martha Morehouse Outpatient Care Center.

Our rehabilitation program is certified for both traumatic brain injury and stroke.

Our outpatient Specialty Amputee Program is one of only two CARF-accredited outpatient amputee programs in the country.

A national leader in brain injury research, The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is one of only 16 Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Model Systems in the country for research on treatment of patients who experience TBI.

Requirements for all positions: Adult Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physicians must possess the basic education for an MD or DO. Successful completion of a post-graduate residency training program in an ACGME or AOA approved Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation program is required. Applicants must be board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, or the American Osteopathic Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation or have completed the required training program within the last three years.

Applicants should have a strong interest in clinical care, academics, teaching, and research.
