  • Busy, Established practice
  • Ability for a wide variety of procedures
  • Primarily outpt practice for Adult PM&R
  • 20 bed inpatient unit in hospital
  • Employed model- group of 2
  • Clinic team includes Integrated Behavioral Health counselor
  • Call is one Saturday/month
  • Support from Rehab Psychologist, Prospective Payment Systems Specialist, Rehab Practice Nurse
  • 99th %tile for Patient Satisfaction Scores (Press Ganey)
  • CARF
