- PM&R hospital setting
- 30 inpatient beds
- Face to face consultations
- Serving all: stroke, BI, amputee, debility, multiple trauma.
- 5% phone consults.
- Diagnostic testing available
- Patient history reviews and physicals
- Department is looking to replace one full time employee with locum coverage. Position can be locum to perm if candidate is interested in becoming a direct staff member
- Requirements
- Board Certified required unless truly Board Eligible within 5 years of completing residency.
- VA medical license required or the ability to obtain VA medical license
- Call
- Weekday and Weekend call available to take call for inpatient consults
- EMR
- Epic (training will be provided if needed)
