We are looking for a Physiatrist to join a fast growing PM&R group that serves patients in all phases of the rehab continuum in an upscale suburb of Memphis. The opening is for a Neuro Rehab Program Director role with the potential to have a solid IP service, be involved with our Neuro Rehab Institute, and develop an OP program; aided by our great administrative and physician extender support. A large Internal Medicine team is consulted on all patients, so you’ll be able to focus on rehab issues. The rehab program ranks in the top 5% for outcomes, and our patients come from our own health system with Stroke and BI accredited. This is a very busy practice, and there is even more room to grow it!
We want motivated physiatrists to join our team as we’re building one of the largest PM&R specialty groups in region. We can tailor your practice to your ideal balance: general IP rehab with the ability to be involved with acute consult service, SNF, STACH, LTACH, or all manner of outpatient services. Again, general IP is the primary need but we have flexibility. This is a growing group with a lot of upside. The financial rewards are excellent with a full benefits package.
Located near the Mississippi River, this is a safe, attractive, and energetic community less than 30 minutes outside of the city of Memphis. They pride themselves on combining traditional values combined with forward-thinking vision, with a dash of “talk-to-your-neighbors-in-the-driveway southern charm.” With a population of approximately 40,000 and an average household income of over $150k (average home value is just shy of $300,000), this community has one of the lowest crime rates in the country and average emergency response times around five minutes. It is rich in tradition with a long equestrian heritage and a variety of cultural and dining attractions. This is truly a premier residential environment with high quality services that make it ideal for those of you that want a high quality of life with easy access to a major city.
