We are searching for a Medical Director in Northern California for a small inpatient rehab unit with extra flex beds inside a regional hospital. We have an experienced rehab team – they’ve been in the top 10% for last 10 years! We want someone who will co-create the ideal rehab program with us! The hospital understands the importance of rehab and wants a leader to “make it happen for the patients and the unit.” Our patient population is general with an emphasis on stroke, TBI, and SCI, but our team is capable and interested in taking on more complex patients as needed. Hospital consults or OP clinics will complete the practice.

A good leader and strong voice for PM&R within the hospital and community will make this a big win for everyone. This is a position can either be employed or independent, with a director stipend and fee for service. Either way, it will be a satisfying and rewarding practice!
