DESCRIPTION:

· Adult Pain Management Cases

· Approx. 20 scheduled patients per day (no walk-ins)

· Shared weeknight call

· EMR: Phone dictation

REQUIRED:

· KY state license; active, unrestricted

· Board Certified

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing and transportation needs, etc.)

· Malpractice insurance provided

SCHEDULE:

· Monday-Thursday | 7:30 am-6:00 pm
