Benefis Health System is seeking one Psychiatrist to join an established practice with Benefis Medical Group. Great Falls currently has one psychiatrist employed by Benefis Medical Group and 4 psychiatrists working at the Center for Mental Health. They share call to meet the demands of Inpatient and Outpatient psychiatry needs for our primary and secondary markets. Applicant must be board certified in psychiatry or board eligible and within 3 years they need to become board certified. They must have experience with inpatient and outpatient and have seen minimally 30 patients within the last year. Group practice experience preferred. Additional specialization in geriatrics or addiction psychiatry is a plus.

We are looking for an energetic and motivated provider who has experience working in inpatient and outpatient treatment programs. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and leadership skills. A new physician might easily admit two to three hundred patients to the unit as well as develop outpatient service base patients in his/her first year, plus provide cross coverage for our providers to help manage service needs within our service area.
