The Practice:




  • Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital servicing an area of 700k people
  • 70 beds - (40) beds are private and (30) beds are semi-private
  • We have an average daily census of 65 patients - 95% occupancy rate
  • Stroke: (26%), CARD: (9%), NEURO: (7%), Brain: (10%)
  • Hip Fracture: (6%), Spinal Cord: (5%), Amputation & Multi Trauma: (6%)
  • Schedule: (5-day work week - 8:00a to 5:00p)

    • Tue. or Thur. are Team Conference
    • Average 11 admits during the week


  • Optional Clinic: The facility doesn’t have space but we have another PMR who does
  • See on average - (15-18) patients a day!
  • We have several rehab liaisons for marketing you!
  • EMR: Cerner - Customized for Rehab
  • GOOD Payor Mix
  • Call: 1:3 to 1:4 -1 night a week & weeks depend on how many patients you manage
  • GREAT Equipment and Support Staff


The Financials:




  • Salary Guarantee: 12 months - ($250k-$300k) based on experience
  • The other PMR is generating between $300k - $350k
  • Director stipend: $25k - Hip Fractur / Stroke / Brian Injury / Amputations
  • Production: You keep 100% after practice expenses
  • Overhead is only 12% - 14%
  • Vacation: 4 weeks
  • Relocation: $20k - Utilize however you see fit.
  • Sign-On Bonus: $25k - see if you qualify
