This west Florida health system in beautiful Pensacola, FL, is seeking a board certified/board eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician to join our inpatient rehabilitation facility in order to meet the growing needs of our community. Candidates with experience or interest in Brain & Spinal Cord are preferred.

• Call is 1:2 with rotating weekend call;

The Rehab Institute is a 58-bed comprehensive inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation hospital accredited through the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and is the only comprehensive medical rehabilitation hospital in the Pensacola service area. The Institute is also a designated the Brain and Spinal Cord Injury Program for the Panhandle of Florida by the FL Department of Health. Patient acuity includes: stroke, debility, hip/join replacement, tumors, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, trauma, amputations and other neurological and orthopaedic conditions
The Rehabilitation Institute is adjacent to our 400-bed acute care hospital offering rehabilitation services early in the patient's recovery. As a result of this close proximity, various medical support services are readily available when needed, including emergency medical.
