U.S. Physiatry has an opportunity for a Medical Director based out of an inpatient rehabillitation facility. Provider would also supplement patient volume with skilled nursing facilities.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Average annual income for existing providers is $300K +

Compensation:

U.S. Physiatry offers two distinct compensation models:

Physician earns a guaranteed base salary of $150,000 + bonus (unlimited earning potential)

Physician earns 70% of what is collected from the insurance companies. (no base salary-unlimited earning potential)

** Providers earn the greater of a salary and benefits ($150k) or 70% of projected collections even before they are collected whichever is in your best interest. Providers are offered a baseline they can count on but an unlimited upside. Providers are treated as a “full partner” no junior partner status or buy-in. Everyone in the US Physiatry network earns in the same way .
