- Medical Search International is seeking a Physiatrist
- INPATIENT REHAB UNIT ONLY, (NO OP).
- What is the anticipated start date? **Please note credentialing process can take 90 days and would prefer a start date to coincide with realistic credentialing timeframe. 12/19
- What is the length of assignment needed? 8 months
- Are there specific dates needed of the locum provider or will you work around the locum provider availability? (Specific dates needed are preferred if possible): weekly, Mondays and Wednesdays starting 12/19
- What is the work schedule for this position? (days needed, hours or shift) 2 DAYS PER WEEK (MONDAY & WEDNESDAY PREFERRED, 8 HOURS PER DAY). NO EVENING OR WEEKEND CALL.
- (Productive, Night Call Coverage, 24hr Call Coverage, Weekday/Weeknight): Weekday, 8 hour days. No call (evening or weekend)
- What is the average daily patient load? 8-14?
- List any special certifications (such as ACLS) or requirements (including special procedures) needed to perform in this position. MUST HAVE 2+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. INPATIENT REHAB UNIT ONLY (NO OP)
- Describe the make-up of support staff (techs, nursing, mid-levels, etc.): No mid-levels; typical nursing unit
- ACTIVE PA LICENSE UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED.
