Physical Med and Rehab Opening in NY Schenectady, NY Part-Time position The facility is an 82 bed skilled nursing facility and short term rehabilitation consisting of 3 units (2 long term care, and 1 rehabilitation). We pride ourselves in promoting dignity, respect, individuality, and quality of life. Our rehab program provides service for individuals who have been referred by their physician for one or many types of therapy, including IV, physical, occupational and speech therapy. We also manage medication adjustments and wound care with the goal of the patient being able to return home. Group seeking a part-time Physician to join the team at Rehab Center. This opportunity would be providing in person care about a half day once per week, and participate in a call schedule (phone calls only). CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Board Certified or Board Eligible NYS Physician License Open to all experience levels Applicants should possess excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented.
