Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for running the outpatient pediatric rehabilitation clinic, pediatric brace clinic and administer Botox injections
Perform inpatient consultations.
Faculty appointment
Job Requirements:
Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Pediatric Rehabilitation Fellowship
Medical Doctorate (MD) or Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
License to practice medicine in NY
Current DEA license
