BC/BE Pediatrician needed to join a beautiful, resort community in a growing practice. The work schedule is M-F 8-5. You will be on call for the first 2 years with a call schedule of 1:3 (usually 3-5 calls). After the 2 years, the med/peds hospital group picks up the call if you want. As you are building your practice you will see about 12-15 patients per day and then build to 25-30 once you are established. You will round on nursery - No NICU - Level 1 nursery only. Competitive salary for the first 2 years as you work to build your practice. Year 3 is a work review contract with a floor guarantee. Malpractice, relocation fees are included.
