Position:
• Beautiful suburban facilities—recruiting for growth and retirement
• Large group with 54 physicians covering 15 clinical locations
• Outpatient-only pediatrics (no hospital work required)
• Fully supported with strong experienced clinical staff
• Team-oriented approach with a focus on quality medicine
• 4.5-day work week seeing 20 to 25 patients per day
Financials:
• Employed to partnership with $5,000 buy-in
• Production Bonus incentives based on quality, wRVU, and group
• Sign-on bonus: See if you qualify
• Relocation
• 31 total days off per year
• $2,500 CME + licensure, dues, subscriptions and more
• Malpractice with nose and tail coverage
