We are looking for a licensed BE/BC Pediatrician for our friendly, patient-focused pediatric office. This is a 100% outpatient opportunity. No newborn nursery visits required. It is a part-time position requiring patient care on Mondays for 1/2 day, full days on Wednesdays and Fridays. Additionally, the pediatrician would provide patient care on 1 Saturday each month. There would be light phone call once weekly. The main responsibility would be to provide patient care for well and sick visits. The ideal candidate will possess thorough knowledge of children's diseases and epidemiology as well as have a solid foundation of executing basic in-office procedures, i.e. umbilical cauterizations and incision/drainage for minor abscesses. The pediatrician must be caring, patient, friendly, and able to build/foster a trusting relationship with the patients and their families.
