* Employed position
* 100% inpatient
* Join 2 OP pediatricians; 3 OP FP w/pediatrics
* 7 days on, 7 days off block
* 24-hour shifts; call taken from home
* Cover: nursery rounding, pediatric floor rounding and high-risk C-section/deliveries

* 151-bed acute care hospital with over 80 physicians representing 20 specialties
