COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Pediatrics (PEDS)

• Salary: $267,200 with no deliveries (includes production bonus of 500 patients seen in a month with mid-level support).
• Earn an extra $25,000 for 100 hospital admissions in a year
• Schedule: Work Monday thru Friday
• Sign-on Bonus: $10,000; Relocation Reimbursement is covered
• CME: $1,500
• PTO: 3 weeks + 7 National Holidays
• Loan Forgiveness: $50,000 a year from a new state funded program

• Direct Access to Leadership (open door policy); CEO is the owner of the hospital
• Hospital-Employed Position
• Strong Mid-Level Support

• Open to J1 and H1B Visa Candidates
• Will consider late career physician
• Board Eligible or Board Certified is accepted
• MD/DO is accepted
• Looking for a compassionate physician with a friendly bedside manner and good-hearted people skills
