VISTA's Permanent Placement Division is recruiting a part-time or full-time BC/BE Pediatrician for a busy, private group practice. Benefits of this permanent position include:

* Inpatient/outpatient position
* Average patient panel is 15-20
* Call is 1:5
* Level one nursery sees approximately 550-600 births each year. The six-bed pediatric unit is available for routine pediatric problems with most stays averaging 2-3 days
* 235-bed independent community hospital
* Serve a population of 100,000 with a medical staff of over 140 physicians representing 37 medical and surgical specialties
* Income guarantee + partnership track after two years
* Competitive compensation
* Excellent benefit package including full family health and disability insurance, paid malpractice, educational loan repayment, sign-on bonus and paid relocation expenses
* $100,000 in student loan repayment over 5 years
* Signing bonus and up to $7,500 in moving expenses
