Join a well-established group and new office space conveniently located close to the Regional Health System. We are seeking another pediatrician to join 3 Physicians and 2 mid-level providers. We are seeking a traditional candidate that is comfortable with an outpatient clinic and inpatient rounding on new OBGYN cesarean section deliveries. The Hospital

Founded in 1905, the Health System serves Rutherford County and the surrounding region. It provides a full array of inpatient and outpatient services at its 143-bed acute care facility and a number of physician practices. It is a four-time recipient of the Thompson Reuters Top 100 Performance Improvement Leader designation and has been recognized as one of America's Top 100 Community Hospitals by Becker's Hospital Review.


The Community

Rutherfordton is located about 10 minutes from Lake Lure and about 1 hour south of Asheville. Rutherford County is a literal gold mine of interesting history. Beautiful historic antebellum homes line Main Street near downtown, along with shops, restaurants and one of the best children's museums in the state.

Established in 1787, Rutherfordton is the seat of Rutherford County and one of the oldest towns in western North Carolina.
