- 100% Outpatient
- Comp Model is salary + encounter-based bonuses
- Average only 2.9 patients per hour and make $270,000+ per year
- Multiple Pediatricians here are earning $300,000+ in total compensation
- $25,000 sign on/relocation paid at signed contract
- 4 days in clinic and 1 admin day at home
