One of the Upper Midwest's top not-for-profit health systems is seeking a BC/BE Pediatrician to join a thriving practice in southwest Minnesota.
Position Details
* Join a busy, established pediatric practice and be busy from day one, inheriting the panel of a retiring provider
* Primarily outpatient practice with newborn and inpatient rounding, attendance at deliveries not required
* Robust local and regional referral network provides outstanding access to specialists
* J1 and H1b support available
Compensation Details
* Two-year 80th percentile starting salary guarantee with bonus potential
* Six-figure sign-on bonus plus exceptional benefits, including retirement savings plans with employer match and 7 weeks PTO
